Jerry Paffendorf is an artist, futurist, and entrepreneur. He is a cofounder of Wello Horld, a startup whose mission is to transform the World Wide Web into the World Wide World. Previously he was resident futurist with the Electric Sheep Company, where he provided strategic insights, a public face, and R&D direction as the company grew from three to more than 60 employees. Paffendorf is the coauthor of the Metaverse Roadmap, a cross-industry foresight report and project focused on the intersection of virtual worlds, mirror worlds, augmented reality, and lifelogging. He has an MS in studies of the future and a BFA in video and multimedia.
