As the Vice President of New Business Ventures, Adrienne Meisels led AOL's innovation team that explored greenfield spaces and incubated related large, new businesses for AOL. Adrienne led the AOL team that created and launched the highly acclaimed AOL Pointe within Second Life, AOL's first foray into Virtual Worlds and initiated the organization of a cross-divisional Time Warner group to collaborate on Virtual Worlds. Before leading the New Business Ventures team, Adrienne was a senior member of AOL's Technology Business Development group for several years.

Prior to joining AOL, Adrienne worked at Shearman & Sterling, Lotus Development Corp., and Accenture. She has a law degree from the Fordham University School of Law, a BS from the Wharton School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. Adrienne lives in New York.
